Sumer is icumen in, Lhude sing Cuccu!
Groweth sed, and bloweth med, and springeth wde nu.
Sing Cuccu!
Awe bleteth after lombe,
Lhouth after calve cu;
Bulluc sterteth, bucke verteth
Murie sing Cuccu, Cuccu, Cuccu!
Wel singes thu Cuccu,
Ne swik thu never nu.

Perhaps a little explanation is needed here.
"Sumer is icumen in" is a six part round. Four of the parts keep repeating the first six lines (starting in two bar intervals), while the last two sings the ground (the bottom line) as a two part canon.
You can add more voices by singing the six first line as a five, six, seven or more part canon (up to twelve!) but it's not that much point in it, and the sound might easily become too muddy.
