I run a ring or two myself, and sometimes ordinary web surfers apply for a ring membership. Well, they can't - simply because there's no reason whatsoever why they should wnat to! The rings are there for you to use and enjoy, no need to do anything about it. Well, you can sign up at WebRing if you like. You can even support them by paying the one-dollar-a-month voluntary membership fee, especially if you visit WebRing's own site (which incidentally is a nice little web directory too) a lot.But there's no need to. It's all up to you.
