Physical descriptionThe size is 19.7 cm height and 14.3 cm width.The 146 numbered pages and ten prefactory pages are printed black-and-white on fairly hgh quality paper. 50 black-and-white photographic plates, printed on one side only, have been inserted throughout the book. The combined flyleaves/pastedowns are made from light paper, dyed yellow on one side and the hardcover is covered in dark green cloth with text and ornaments in black and gold on the front and the spine.
